Deadline for consideration of inclusion in the printed Sunday Bulletin and weekly Enews is Tuesday, 9 AM.


Set-Up & Clean-Up:
All set-up (chairs & tables, etc.), tear-down, and post-event custodial needs related to events is the responsibility of the hosting ministry; please ensure this is covered in planning of events and scheduling of volunteers. 


Clean-Up Involves:
Emptying of garbage containers to outside dumpster, vacuuming and sweeping any used areas, wiping down tables, and light restroom checks. For FLC kitchen use, please ensure that any used items are washed and put away, including any coffee residuals. Items left in the refrigerators must be labeled. *Please "leave it better than you found it".  


All events are expected to be concluded, for lock-up purposes, no later than 9:00pm.  

Event information will be reviewed by the church office. Additional information may be shared; email is the preferred method (staff may not be able to respond to messages outside of their normal office hours.)

EVENT DETAILS:  

Potential areas event details may appear based on VMCC's Tier System*:
Sunday's printed bulletin, weekly enews email, 'Events' page of VMCC website, social media platforms, etc.

Example info. to include: highlight "why" they should attend, registration details with sign-up deadlines, duration of event, cost of event, childcare info. if offered, who to notify with questions about the event (name & contact info.), etc.

Submit any supporting documents, if necessary, to: info@valleymillscc.org. 

*VMCC Tier System: The church office will use this to determine the platform and duration to promote events. (ie: church-wide events, ministry events, group events, etc.)

 
 
 
 
EQUIPMENT NEEDS:   NOTE: It is the responsibility of the person overseeing/coordinating this ministry event to ensure that all equipments needs, including volunteers to run equipment (if applicable), have been coordinated prior to the event.  Select audio/visual equipment is available in our Worship Center and Conference Rooms, but other areas may have limited audio/visual capabilities.
