I commit to working with my child on the motions and song that will be emailed to me after completing this form. I commit to bringing my child to the dress rehearsal on December 8 directly following the 10 am service. (This will be about 30 min at most). I commit to being at the show at 5:40 PM on December 14.

Sign up by December 8 for your Valley Kids (1st-6th Grade) to participate in the Jingle Jam show on Saturday, December 14 at 6 PM. The Valley Kids will be singing the closing song of the program.
